Emirone Jewels – 7-Day Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange it. Please read the policy details below to ensure a

✅ 7-Day Refund Policy
● Full Refund: Return the product within 7 days from the shipping date, and receive a 100% refund of the product value to your
original payment method.
● Complimentary Gifts: If your purchase included any complimentary gifts, they must be returned in their original condition. If not
returned, their current market value will be deducted from your refund.
● Exclusions: This policy does not apply to customized jewellery.
● Discounts & Offers: Refunds will be adjusted for any discounts, vouchers, or coupons used at the time of purchase.
💸 Refund Timeline
● The refund will be initiated after the returned product passes a quality check, which takes 2 working days.
● Once approved, the amount will be processed  in your account within the next 3 to 5 working days, via online bank transfer or the
same payment mode used at the time of purchase.
🔄 7-Day Exchange Policy
● If you choose to exchange the product within 7 days, a virtual credit note will be generated or the exchanged product will be delivered in next 30 days.
● This credit note can be redeemed against your next selected design from Emirone Jewels.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
● No return shipping charges will be applied. Emirone Jewels covers the cost of return shipping.
